Kaileigh is passionate about creating a preschool where children, families, and teachers can all thrive. She believes every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and excited to learn each day, and she is committed to building meaningful relationships that help children grow in confidence, kindness, and a love of learning.

She also deeply values the incredible educators she serves alongside, believing that when teachers feel encouraged, supported, and cared for, they are better equipped to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for every child. It is a joy for Kaileigh to invest in both her staff and the families they serve, helping create a community where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.
